“Primitivizie” at the table

“Primitivizie” is a neologism indicating the essence of the products destined to recover the tastes of the mountain list in various traditions. Wild herbs and fruit, hand-picked and prepared with the skills of a craftsman, become the delicacies to be served with a number of dishes, making an unusual, sensual gastronomic experience, now almost forgotten. Primitivizie are produced slowly and naturally, and are harvested nomadically over the seasons at altitudes of between 800 and 2,500 metres in the mountains of the Trentino Region.
